Program Terms and Conditions
Future in Progress Digital Talent Program
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern applications to, and participation in, the Future in Progress Digital Talent Program (the “Program”). The Program is operated and delivered by Talentdu S.a.r.l (“Talentdu”, “we”, “us”), a training and talent development company registered in Lebanon, and is funded by Philip Morris KSA Trading Company (the “Funding Company”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Talentdu. By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. The Program
The Program is a selective, funded digital skills training program designed to develop practical, career-ready digital capabilities in university students and recent graduates. It combines live training in digital marketing, brand strategy, content, and analytics with hands-on project work, simulations, and mentorship, including modules delivered by subject matter experts of the Funding Company.
The Program runs for eight weeks, from October 18 to December 10, 2026. The first five weeks consist of live online training. The final three weeks are dedicated to project work and presentations: two weeks of team project work followed by one week of final presentations. This phase includes in-person sessions held at the Funding Company’s offices in Jeddah and/or Riyadh during the project and presentation weeks (late November to December 2026). For any in-person sessions at such stage, Participants shall attend the office closest to them, and shall be responsible for their own travel, transportation, accommodation and any additional costs, if any, incurred in order to be available at the in-person sessions on the designated offices as required.
The expected time commitment is approximately 6 hours of live sessions per week (around 48 hours in total across the Program), in addition to independent project work. The detailed schedule is communicated to confirmed participants before the Program begins.
Participants who successfully complete the Program receive a CPD-accredited certificate issued by Talentdu. Successful completion means that the participant: (a) meets the attendance requirement, with no more than two absences from live sessions across the Program; (b) submits the required practical assignments; and (c) completes the team campaign project and takes part in its final presentation. Selected participants may be individually invited to continue into an advanced phase of the Program following the core eight weeks, based on performance and subject to the Funding Company’s final decision.
The Program is a training program. Participation does not constitute employment, an offer of employment, or a guarantee of employment with Talentdu or the Funding Company. Top performers will gain visibility to the Funding Company and, as such, may be considered for future Early Careers opportunities with the Funding Company, subject to the Funding Company’s own discretion and standard recruitment processes.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to apply, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application;
- Have graduated from university in 2025 or 2026, or be a final-year student expecting to graduate in 2027;
- Have studied business, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field in university;
- Be a Saudi national holding a valid Saudi National ID;
- Be based in, or able to attend in-person sessions in, Jeddah or Riyadh during the in-person period;
- Be comfortable learning and working in English;
- Be available for the full duration of the Program, from October 18 to December 10, 2026, without conflicting commitments that would prevent full participation.
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection due to the limited seats available in the program. Providing accurate and truthful information throughout the application process is a condition of eligibility.
3. Application and Selection
Applications are submitted through the official application portal. The application process opens in September 2026 and closes on October 4, 2026. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered. The Program has 30 seats.
The selection process consists of the following stages: (a) review of applications by Talentdu against the eligibility and evaluation criteria; (b) shortlisted candidates submit a short video introduction and complete a structured interview with the Talentdu team; and (c) final candidate profiles are reviewed and approved by the Funding Company, at the Funding Company’s discretion. Confirmed participants are notified by mid-October 2026 and are required to sign a participant agreement with Talentdu before the Program begins.
Selection decisions are made by Talentdu, with final candidate profiles reviewed and approved by the Funding Company, and are final. Neither Talentdu nor the Funding Company is obliged to provide individual feedback or reasons for selection outcomes. A waitlist may be maintained, and places may be offered to waitlisted candidates if confirmed participants withdraw.
4. Costs and Expenses
The Program is funded by the Funding Company. There is no application fee, participation fee, or any other charge to applicants or participants at any stage.
Costs of a personal nature are not covered, including transportation to and from the in-person sessions in Jeddah or Riyadh, accommodation, meals outside those provided at Program events (if any), equipment, and internet connectivity for online sessions. Participants are responsible for arranging reliable internet access and a suitable device for the online portions of the Program.
5. Participant Commitments
By accepting a place on the Program, participants commit to:
- Attend the live sessions and the in-person sessions, and complete the project work, for the full duration of the Program;
- Attend the live sessions, with a maximum of two absences across the Program. Absences beyond this limit may result in removal from the Program and/or loss of certificate eligibility;

- Complete assigned work honestly and independently where required, and not misrepresent the work of others as their own;

6. Disqualification, Suspension, and Removal
Talentdu may disqualify an applicant, or suspend or remove a participant from the Program, where:

- The applicant or participant does not meet, or ceases to meet, the eligibility requirements;
- The participant exceeds the maximum of two absences from live sessions;
- The participant engages in misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, dishonesty, breach of confidentiality, or behavior that endangers others or disrupts the Program;
- The participant breaches these Terms or the participant agreement.
Where reasonably practicable, the participant will be informed of the concern and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of serious misconduct.
7. Changes to the Program
Talentdu may modify the Program where reasonably necessary, including changes to the schedule, session dates and times, format (online or in-person), venues, trainers, and content. Participants will be informed of material changes with reasonable notice.
Talentdu may postpone, suspend, or cancel the Program in whole or in part where circumstances reasonably require, including circumstances outside their control. In the event of cancellation, applicants and participants will be informed promptly. As the Program is provided free of charge, no compensation is payable to applicants or participants in connection with any modification, postponement, or cancellation.
8. Intellectual Property and Media

Talentdu and the Funding Company may use participant project work for the purposes of delivering, assessing, and improving the Program. Any use of participant project work for other purposes will be subject to the participant’s consent.
Photography and videography may take place during Program sessions and events. Consent for filming, photography, and the use of the resulting content is obtained from participants once, as part of the participant agreement signed before the Program begins. Participants who do not wish to appear in specific content may inform Talentdu. Program materials, including training content and curricula, remain the property of Talentdu or its licensors (or, for modules delivered by subject matter experts of the Funding Company, the Funding Company or its licensors) and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Disclaimers and Liability
The Program is provided for training and development purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talentdu and the Funding Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated employment, reputational loss, travel, accommodation, equipment, internet-connectivity, or other personal expense arising out of or in connection with an application to, participation in, removal from, modification of, postponement of, or cancellation of the Program.
