The Future in Progress Digital Talent Program is a selective digital skills training program delivered by Talentdu and funded by Philip Morris KSA Trading Company. It is built for university fresh graduates and university students who are soon to graduate, and runs mostly online with in-person sessions in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Is there a cost to apply or join the program?
The training program is funded by Philip Morris KSA Trading Company. Your training, project work, and certification are all covered. Personal expenses, such as transportation to in-person sessions, are your own responsibility.
Who is eligible?
The program is open to Saudi nationals who are university fresh graduates or university students who are soon to graduate (graduates of 2025 and 2026, and final-year students graduating in 2027) from business, marketing, communications, finance, or related fields. Applicants should be able to attend the in-person sessions in Jeddah or Riyadh and be comfortable learning in English.
Do I need work experience to apply?
No. The program is designed for university fresh graduates and university students who are soon to graduate, so no prior work experience is required. What matters is your eligibility, your motivation, and how you perform through the selection process.
How does the application process work?
It starts with the short form on this page. You will then be invited to complete your full application on our application portal. Applications are reviewed for eligibility, shortlisted candidates are invited to a video task or interview, and 30 candidates are selected to join the program.
Will I get a job at the end of the program?
No. This is a training program. Top performers may be considered for potential future Early Careers opportunities with Philip Morris KSA Trading Company, but completing the program is not a job offer or a guarantee of employment.
Where does the program take place? Is it online or in person?
The program is delivered mostly online, with in-person sessions held in Saudi Arabia. Applicants should be able to attend the in-person sessions in Jeddah or Riyadh.
When does the program start, and when do applications close?
The program runs from October 18 to December 10, 2026, starting with an introduction session on October 18. It is eight weeks in total: five weeks of live learning, two weeks of project work, and a final week of presentations. It is delivered primarily online, with in-person sessions during the project and presentation weeks. Applications close on October 4, 2026, and seats are limited to 30.
What do I walk away with when the program ends?
A CPD-accredited certificate from Talentdu, a portfolio of hands-on project work delivered on project briefs, and direct exposure to the teams of a global company.
